How much will it cost me to be a part of this program?

As the homeowner there is no cost to you, however you must keep your payments current with your lender and not be in the foreclosure process. To be a Vacant Home Curator you must be pre-screened by a Vacant Home Curators manager and agree to all rules of the Vacant Home Curators agreement. A deposit and monthly charge will be due, cost is based on the property. ($600-$900 approximately per month, utilities and maintenance costs will vary and will be paid by the home owner.
